This method should be applied 1 to 2 times a day for a better result.

Swelling and blocking of the blood vessels inside ones nose might be the cause of the stuffiness or heavy nose you feel. It then causes congestion and ultimately blocks the nose’s airways.

Using decongestants can shrink these vessels and enable you breathe well.
